Understanding content statuses

All content in the Tourism Business Database is moderated before it appears on  newzealand.com . This means your content will go through several different statuses as it is reviewed and approved.

Draft / In Draft
There is a draft version of your content.

Draft content will not appear on  newzealand.com .

If you are editing content that is currently live on site, the changes will have a status of draft in the Tourism Business Database. Your original copy will still be live on  newzealand.com  in the meantime.
Submitted for Approval
Content has been submitted for review by one of our Tourism New Zealand Moderators.

Content will not appear on  newzealand.com  until it is approved.

The review process typically takes 5-days but can sometimes take longer.
Resubmit
Content has been reviewed and changes are needed.
Content will not appear on  newzealand.com  until changes are made and resubmitted.

The updated content will then be re-reviewed by a moderator.
Approved / Published
Content has been reviewed and is approved
Content will appear on  newzealand.com .

There is sometimes a small delay between approval and display. Content should display within 48 hours of approval.
Inactive / Unpublished
Content has been unpublished
Content will not appear on  newzealand.com 
Declined
Content has been reviewed and has not been approved
Content will not appear on  newzealand.com 
Expired
Applies to deals only and refers to a deal whose End Date has passed
Expired deals will not appear on  newzealand.com
