Description
Listing Status
Shows whether the Product Listing is published, unpublished, in draft, under review or requires changes. If the listing is not published, visitors cannot currently see it.
What to do: Select Edit on the Product Listing card to complete it, review feedback or submit it for approval.
A draft has not been submitted for review and cannot appear publicly. Open the Product Listing, complete the required fields and select Submit for approval when it is ready.
Open the Product Listing and review the moderator feedback. Make the requested updates, check the full listing and submit it again. Don't only change the field mentioned in the feedback. Use the opportunity to confirm that the rest of the listing is still accurate.
A Product Listing under review has been submitted to Tourism New Zealand but has not completed moderation. You don't need to submit it again. Monitor its status and check the email address linked to your account in case further information is required.
Investigate a listing that is not showing
Check:
The Product Listing is published
You are managing the correct business
Its Product Listing type, location and tags match the page you are viewing
Any recent changes have completed moderation
Enough time has passed for the website or partner channel to update
Create a separate Product Listing for each distinct product, service or experience that a visitor can book. Avoid:
Creating duplicate listings for the same product
Combining unrelated products into one listing
Leaving discontinued products published
Creating a new listing when an existing one only needs updating
Using different names for the same product across your website and the TBD
If you are changing a product seasonally, update the existing listing where appropriate rather than creating a duplicate.
Review your published listings regularly
Review your Product Listings whenever:
Pricing changes
Operating months change
A product is paused or discontinued
Booking conditions change
The meeting point or location changes
Your website or booking URLs change
You receive a new Qualmark award
Images no longer represent the experience
Accessibility or suitability information changes
As a regular health check, confirm that:
The Product Listing still describes what visitors can currently book
Pricing and seasonal information are accurate
Website and booking links work
Images are current
The location is correct
Categories and tags remain relevant
Information matches your website and booking system

My Qualmark information is missing
Check that the correct Qualmark Account ID has been added to the Product Listing and that the award is current. See ⚪Adding Qualmark information.
My old listing is still showing incorrect information
Confirm that you updated the correct Product Listing and submitted any required changes for review. If the updated content is approved but the old information remains visible, contact support and include both URLs.
What should I do if I no longer offer a product?
Do not leave unavailable products published. Open the Product Listing and use the available option to unpublish it.
If the product is only unavailable temporarily or seasonally, update its operating months and booking information instead.
