Contact the Tourism Business Database team if you:
- Can't access an existing business
- Receive an error in the Tourism Business Database
- Need help understanding moderator feedback
- Have published content that is not appearing as expected
- Have a question not covered in the Help & Support Hub
To help us investigate your request, include:
- The email address linked to your TBD account
- Your business name
- The name of the relevant Product Listing, Travel Deal or Explore Offer
- A link to the Business Profile or Product Listing, if available
- A clear description of what you were trying to do
- The steps you completed before the problem occurred
- The full error message, if one appeared
- A screenshot showing the problem
- The newzealand.com page where you expected the content to appear, if relevant
Do not send passwords or other sensitive account information.
Some questions are handled outside the Tourism Business Database team.
Contact Qualmark if:
- You do not know your Qualmark Account ID
- Your award is provisional, expired or incorrect
- You have questions about your Qualmark assessment
- You are unsure which products your award covers

Contact TripAdvisor directly if you need to:
- Claim or manage your TripAdvisor business page
- Change your business details on TripAdvisor
- Respond to TripAdvisor reviews

Changes made in the Tourism Business Database do not update your TripAdvisor page.
Use the NZBN website or NZBN support channels if you need to:
- Find your NZBN
- Update your legal business information
- Resolve incorrect information in the NZBN register

- Help understanding how your TBD content appears on their website
- Help if your TBD content is not appearing on their website
- Regional marketing opportunities
- Local tourism industry support
- Regional destination information
- Promotion of businesses or content that may not be eligible for the TBD
When we receive your email, we will review the information and investigate the issue.
You can help us resolve the issue faster by including the business name, content name, relevant links and a screenshot in your first email.
We aim to respond within five business days. More complex technical issues may take longer to investigate.
