What is the Tourism Business Database?
The Tourism Business Database (TBD) is Tourism New Zealand's content management platform for eligible tourism businesses. It allows operators to create and manage information about their business, products and offers. Approved content can appear on newzealand.com and may also be made available to selected tourism partners.
How the Tourism Business Database works
Your content follows a simple journey:
1. Create or access your Business Profile
Your Business Profile contains information about your business, including:
- business name
- logo
- contact details
- website
- social media information
2. Create Product Listings
Product Listings describe the products, services or experiences visitors can book.
3. Submit your content
Tourism New Zealand reviews submitted content before it is published.
4. Publish and distribute
Approved Product Listings can appear on newzealand.com and may be available through selected tourism channels.
5. Keep content up to date
Accurate and current information helps visitors find, understand and book your products.
